Hi, I'm Cara and I am a registered Wedding Celebrant. You're getting MARRIED (eeek) so exciting... so you have a partner (good start), a date, a venue and some kind of an idea on the styling... but you have no idea how to organise your ceremony? That is where I step in.... I will help guide you on creating a ceremony that reflects you both as a couple and make sure the entire process is stress free, chilled and enjoyable!
I have worked in the Wedding Industry for over 11 years, firstly as an event manager at 2 fantastic wedding venues and for the past 4 years I have run my very own wedding planning business, running over 500 weddings!
I LOVE the wedding world, I love meeting new couples, learning about their journey and then using this info to create a unique ceremony and making sure it kick starts your day perfectly!
A little more about Cara
I live with my Pommie husband in the country, and we have a nice big house for our 3 little crazy kiddies - Sienna and our twins - Harper and Samson and our friendly golden retriever - Rocky!
I became a celebrant because after years of Wedding Planning I absolutely loved being involved in the industry. But with 3 little young ones to fend for, planning got a little difficult to maintain....so instead I rolled lots of loves into the one job - planning, weddings, meeting new people, creative writing and working for myself. Winning! I absolutely love being a celebrant and can't believe I didn't think of it earlier??
I also love the ocean, swimming, cooking, reading and learning new things about life. I love my family and spending time with them either in our own backyard or on a crazy adventure.
I love meeting new people and I am friendly, approachable and easy going. One of the perks of this role is having the opportunity to meet new couples and to have the honour of being part of their special day!
